Food is one substance that is generally seen as a means to gain nutrient and energy. That is why it is generally acceptable .




However, it's essential that we don't just eat any food, it's needful that we consume nutritious and healthy food. Today, I want to share a simple method on how to cook Plantain porridge.




Methods


-Get your unripe porridge, peel off the bark and gently wash in clean water




-Get all ingredients: this depends on his well you wish to spice the food. But the most important is Palm oil, onions, grinded pepper, salt to fast, maggi, crayfish.




-Boil the unripe plantain in adequate water for 15 mins (or using your discretion), add all ingredients one after the other (no specific priority)




-Allow to boil for few minutes (do not allow the water to dry off) and pound the yam (at least almost completely mashed).




-Serve with fried meat or fish, you can even add fried stew or fish source and chilled drink.
