Men and women, who is faster in cooking??

Men and women who cook faster? 

There has been an argument in my house lately that men cook faster than women.  One lady in my house said, yes men cook faster because they cook rubbish. The other lady said that's not true that some men cook faster than women and still cooks well. 

So my question now is between men and women who cook faster? 

Men? 

Women?
