what is jealousy?
jealousy mostly related to feelings of insecurities , actually its a mixture of emotion of anger & resentment (is a complex of anger or disappointment or mood.
simply jealousy is a emotion which appears when a person feels inferiority from other person achievement, or profession. he wish that the other lacked it. which is not possible easily. his this wish makes him a patient of a inferiority complex.this is a physiological disease.commonly known as jealousy.
what are the common experiences of jealousy ?
The common experience of jealousy for many people may involve:
1. lack of trust
2. loneliness and uncertainty
3. fear of lose
4. fear of lost a beloved person to other person.
5. low self esteem .
these are the some points as a person you should check it in you .you need to be a happy soul rather than a jealous one.
how to overcome/avoid the jealousy?
a jealous person can never be able to live happy life . if you think you're a jealous person you have to work on yourself to overcome this venomous feeling.
1. let the people around you whom them you trust most be a Trerapiest for you. let them heal you with attention and care b/c you need it most.
2.you really need to realize the side effect of your behavior. to realize this tell your friend/partner/angel to become jealous.only this way you realize how much hurtful it.
