There's a popular adage that says a living dog is better than a dead lion. The statement is used to imply that as long as one is alive, there's a hope.
This also applies to life situations. The journey of life is never a straight one. There are good and bad times. It's never all rosy in all life experiences.

What do you do when life situations knock you down??? Stay there are seek for pity parties or dust your self up and keep fighting??
I know it is easier said than done but when you see yourself as a fighter you never quit, then you will find a way around it.
People may show empathy for a while but if you don't pick up the challenge, there will get weary of listening to your stories and the you know why is that???.... People are naturally attracted to results not stories.
What ever your dream is, do not give up on it no matter how tough it becomes. You can pause to strategise if you have to but never quit on what you believe.
