As we all know health is wealth.


And There are many things we can do to take care of our health & boost our immunity. 


I am sharing with you some of my favourite homely tips to boost your & family's immunity. And am wishing a happy health to each one of you and your family members today.


So Firstly, Your mind is just as important as your body. And many over look and put their mental health 'under-the-rug', but it is never a good idea to ignore it. 


Here are some simple tips to help you with your mental, mind and overall health:



  • Mindfulnes: quiet your mind with meditations.


  • Spend time around good people.


  • Reach out for help or treatment when needed.


  • Look after your body 


  • Good nutrition is crucial for our health at a time when our immune system may need to fight back. Even if we have to stay home eating healthy is possible. 


  • Reduce the fast food.


  • Get at least 30 minutes of exercise


  • Stick with lean meat, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables.


  • Eat a small snack or meal every 2-3hrs.
