The ingredients I used are:
* 4 cups of all-purpose flour
* 1 cup of water(milk cup)
* 1 liquid milk. Though I didn't use all
* 1 tablespoon of yeast
* 5 tablespoons sugar
* quater tablespoon of salt
* 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
* 1 large egg.
Procedures:
Pour the water in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast and stir it very well and cover for 10 minutes just to prove the yeast if it's good or bad.
Then add the remaining 4 tablespoons of sugar to the flour in a bowl. Then add the salt and stir it. Then pour the mixed yeast inside. Break the egg inside, add the liquid milk, and mix very well. Then start kneading it. After kneading for some minutes, put the butter and knead until it's smooth. Then mold it into a round shape and rob little oil on top and cover for 1 hour to rise.
After 1 hour, open it. By this time, it will double in size. Then press it down and knead for few a minutes. Then cut it into pieces and mold one to your desired shape and arrange it in your pan. But first, you oil your pan and sprinkle flour on it before arranging the bread. Then cover the bread for 50 minutes to rise before baking. Then preheat your ovum, brush egg yolk or milk on top of the bread and bake for 25 minutes or until it is golden brown.
