If you are someone that follows planting seasons like my sister, you will never miss out on any fruit. She loves following seasons as she is a lover of so many different fruits. When it's mango season, You will always see lots of mangoes in our house, same with pear and now corn.
Corn is considered as a while grain, a vegetable and a fruit. One crop with so many uses. There are lost of ways to prepare it. Â In my country we have three major ways we eat corn.
1. We eat it as cooked or boiled corn
2. We make it as corn pudding
3. We eat it as roasted corn.
I am not one that enjoys chewing a lot. Most times when she buys corn on her way home, I hardly join her in eating but when I remember the nutritional benefits, I try to take some bites.
