Giving her flower means?

Its indeed love is a beautiful feeling.

Especially when you love the right person and your been loved by the right person. 

There are many ways one can express love. Caring,  always showing her affection,  giving her so much attention,  sharing their problem with them etc.. 

But given her flowers means what?. 

I really wanna know why girls are so much in love with flowers.
