Getting my mojo back

There are days when I'm so stressed and nothing comes to mind to write about. This is one of those days. I've been staring at my phone thinking of different things I should possibly write but no idea comes to mind.


Writer's block is inevitable in the life of a writer. I actually don't like experiencing it as I hate to be short of ideas. The funny thing is I know I'm to take a rest but here I am punching my phone talking about. They say talking about issues sometimes helps you feel better.


Anyways, I'll love to read from you guys, what do our do when you are mentally stressed? How do you get to relax? Please do share some tips and maybe one or two might just work for me and I'll get my mojo back.
