We all are inspired by some people around and this is just a normal thing. We tend to interrogate their life so that we can get the answers to the question arising in our mind. But limitations should be implemented while we do so, we cannot offend somebody with getting personal. Ask about motivational things and things related to how one thing should be done but please never be personal while interrogating the person before you.
Everybody has their personal life and things going on in their life and few things which they don't want to answer. If somebody is ready to be friendly with you, it doesn't mean they don't have to keep their life personal. We should always be balancing what are we putting in other's plate to eat, not realizing that would they like to eat or not. Distances are necessary to keep everything connected!!
