Is so important part of our routine as I have told in earlier post, but now I want to tell you about the those who haven't capacity to eat such heavy meal at morning.




So here's an alternative so this it's that as small as you can do it now, just eat a boiled egg with few piece of any fruit, apple, bananas etc 


​By this way you have to provided with plenty of nutrition and get rid off acidity problems.


​Many of us faces acidity problems because they haven't take plenty of water and breakfast.


​In the morning time after wake up and breakfast take as much as water you can drink.


By this way you prevent acidity problems
