Hi everyone hope you all are fine. The season for oranges is going to start. I like oranges very much. I don't like to eat any other fruit in winter. I just want oranges all the time.


Orange has lot of benefits:


The citric acid in orange helps to dry out acne.


Oranges help to reduce weight. If you want to lose weight eat Oranges, it let you feel full and you can't eat any other thing.


Orange helps to lower the cases of cancer.


It Is very helpful for the glowing and shiny skin. You can use orange water and orange peel for skin.


It is also very useful for Healthy immune system. It help your immune system work properly.


They are also a good source of fiber and help to support digestive system.


Citric acid and citrate in orange help to prevent kidney stone formation.


It is helpful in controlling blood pressure and sugar level.


It has very much benefits but be careful. Don't eat too much oranges. Eating too much orange may increase your weight.


Try not to eat orange with am empty stomach. It contains citric acid and may cause allergies, skin burn and even ulcers. Eat Orange after breakfast.
