Pets become true life companions with the generous love they offer to their owners. If you have a cat or dog, the comfort of wrapping your arms around them and listening to their loving purring while sitting in front of the TV or reading a book at home is truly priceless.

Pets are good for heart health

It is a fact supported by scientific studies that pets bring peace and happiness. As a result of a 10-year study of 4,000 people aged 30 to 75, researchers from the University of Minnesota revealed that owning a cat reduces the risk of heart attack. According to this, cat owners have a 30 percent lower risk of dying from a heart attack than others.

Research results show that pets help reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It also makes the person feel safe.

All these positive emotions that pets give increase when you share your bed with them. Besides, wouldn't it be better to show a little closer to your pet, who has been waiting for you at home all day?

There has been talk for years that pets and their owners should not share the same bed. There were two reasons for this; firstly, sharing the same bed can develop patterns of bad behavior in animals, and secondly, it carries risks in terms of health.

Just sweeping is enough

The only downside to sleeping with your pet is the hairs your pet sheds. It is extremely easy to get rid of these lint by vacuuming your mattress regularly.

When you make a comparison between a loving, trust-filled sleep experience and a better heart health and hair problem that you can easily solve, the first option undoubtedly comes to the fore.

Now it's time to get a good night's sleep. Good night to you and your furry friends :))
