Maybe a start

I want to start my journey in this blogging site with an introduction that I can remember as nostalgia when I grow older. I want to have something I know I'll be grateful for when time passes by and a memory to keep for a lifetime. I am going to start this phase with the word "I".

I am currently a 15-year old boy looking for something I can spend my time more worthy during the currently raging world pandemic. Because of this, the government made us take this whole school year online which made me bored for not meeting my friends almost every day. To distract me from the negative side of this situation, I am trying to look for new things I know I could spend hours with, something new to explore and to gain experience. We know this pandemic challenged our relationship and bond with our significant ones but I think it's an opportunity to get to know yourself better. I found myself imagining a lot of things and I thought "WHy should I not write that down??" but aside from I'm lazy I don't have that much time to spare. I am still a student, you know:'>

I am always curious about something I am suuuppeeeerr interested with because I get easily bored and sleepy lol. Isn't that a normal thing though? You will always be curious about something you are interested with 'cause you found something in that particular thing that makes your mind so into it that you can't even think of the time or efforts you exert. For me, it is a feeling of full satisfaction and fulfillment.

I am currently learning Spanish as it caught my attention and now I have this spite to know better about it. Spain played bigtime in my nation's history too as Spaniards colonized my beautiful islands 333 years and in that long period of time it shared culture and traditions which influenced us a lot. I thought that learning this language may make me feel not only to be authentic and aware about what happened in the past but also to connect people worldwide as it is the second most spoken language in the world.

I think being able to explore and try new things by yourself really prepares you for the future. I am 15 and soon I have to go to my own appointments such as voting registration, in-person interviews, and doctor appointments alone. I am 15 and soon I will be more exposed to the real world which will require me to step out of my comfort zone to survive and keep up with the society as a member of it too. Being prepared for these things will make you also prepared for challenges the world of adolescence may give you.

Now that my bestie<3 told me about this blogging site, I am eager to write more not only because I can have tips but also to enjoy a new hobby of mine. This is an uncertain move but I declare that this blog will serve as a starting step of the staircase I chose towards knowing myself even better.
