Peace and health always!

The wall clock shows 07.30 (Indonesian time), the mixed thoughts from last night have recovered, the brain forces the legs and body to get out of bed, the eyes behind the window give instructions to the soul that new life is starting to pump the mind, opening the imagination that new hope is in point today.

The gentle sting of the morning sun, changed the tiredness of body and mind, I was like carrying stones in a sack last night, but why did all this change? It was as if a burden had disappeared. It seems that what burdens life is not the physical elements but "the thoughts that make disease come."

Try looking at the sun that never sleeps, the story of the time when I was little when my parents said that the sun had set was a sign of going to sleep, I laugh now remembering it.

Can we be like the sun?

Continuing to shine without going out, it is impossible to become like that but we can "Wake up from a long sleep without being overcome by fatigue".

Don't continue to fall asleep in pain but try to leave behind one second of pain thinking that it is the beginning of happiness.
