Soul of a Leader | X Factor

Over the years, since I started to understand about life, there are the most interesting things to learn in one's personal sphere.

At first, I was someone who admired a leader who had an interesting and unique character. In this context, regarding the way of speaking, greeting, walking style, way of looking, communicating, commenting, thinking, making decisions and so on which are stated in a person's personality.

I once talked to several leaders about how can they have all these things? Mostly, they answer it from "the beginning of the learning process", meaning that it takes quite a long process of effort to have this.

You may like someone's personality in the context of a "leader" in this case you follow him in various aspects created by him such as communities, organizations, social media accounts and so on.

But have you ever thought that there is something "more special about them" so that many people, including you, admire and spontaneously like them.

Another thing that I encountered, there was someone who did not have a higher education or had not gone through the process to become a leader but was popular, liked and followed by many people. In this case, without him learning or starting with the process but "NATURALLY" he has the attraction to be admired, followed and liked by many people.

I also think that people like this have had the "spirit of a leader" since birth because without any coercion or financial factors, many people can be influenced by them.

I could also say he has the "X factor", meaning it is already there in his personality without being learned or through a process.

This is very difficult for everyone to find, only certain people have it. You may be able to feel it, you will "spontaneously" follow it.

Most people want to be followed and admired by others to the point that they long to become a leader but have to use methods or processes that involve material or financial matters.

If you have the soul of a leader naturally you can definitely feel it, if you can spontaneously influence many people, then maybe you have the X FACTOR.
