Oh, I have a lot of goals. There are short-term ones, and then there are long-term ones. But the main thing is to get my actions in order. When goals are achieved one by one rather than chaotically, it's easier to achieve them. You can set a goal of driving all the way across India and getting to Nepal, postponing it until after the borders open. And set daily goals - do 30 push-ups, write a blog post, publish a story on Noise.cash cook a delicious dinner. And achieve them all one at a time, and set new goals for tomorrow.
Yes i want to see Mt Everest in Nepal.. nice suggestion.. You are right we have our daily goal.. yours is a variation of physical and mental health.. great! :-)
It is possible to fly around Everest in an airplane. There are such tours. But climbing Everest itself is dangerous.
