Heading out to do a little essential shopping. I am really looking forward to getting a haircut soon, the hairdressers re-open here on the 12th April, I haven't booked an appointment yet, I think they will be very busy the first couple of weeks after re-opening so I might have wait for things to settle down before I can get booked in.

Just had a look at PHT coin which uses the tron blockchain, I use the mobile app 'Phoneum' which 'mines' the currency. It has gone up suddenly in the last day around 300% but I can't withdraw till I reach 20,000 PHT. (I currently have 16,000) which at todays prices is worth around USD 35. It is tradeable on the 'Probit' exchange and I think as soon as I am able I will trade it for some BCH! PHT might be a overvalued but BCH is undervalued I think at the moment, I think BCH…

I have been watching this video regarding BTC, BCH and BSV and about the 'civil war' within the community. Which is the real Bitcoin? There are a lot of things here I didn't know before, about Segwit, block sizes and some of the reasons why a Hard fork took place in 2017. I have found an app called We Nano, where you can earn nano coin by visiting locations on a map. I think the idea is for cafe or shop owners to set up a We Nano spot to offer an incentive for people to visit. The locations are few and far between in the UK but there is one near enough to get to which says it will pay 0.1 Nano, (About £0.40) I will see if it works and then of course trade it for BCH. I got my Nano Coin from We Nano yesterday, sent to my hot wallet and it appeared almost instantly. From there I have sent it to a reputable exchange to trade for BCH, though after more than 12 hours it has not appeared on the exchange. I checked the address and it is correct and I have read that there is some congestion on the Nano network. It was ony about £0.40 in value so no big deal, I figure it will appear eventually. Never had this issue with Bitcoin Cash!

I have had a check on the blockchain explorer, and though my Nano has not appeared on the exchange it is showing as 'Pending' on the blockchain, I figure it will appear on the exchange when it is 'confirmed' more than 12hrs still pending! Bitcoin Cash is so much faster! 🚀

Electron Cash wallet seems more reliable than Trust wallet so far, tried a few transactions and it worked perfectly first time. It uses some features called 'Cash Fusion' and also 'SPV' (Simplified Payment Verification) I don't fully understand what all this means though, I wonder if anyone can explain to me a little more?

Took my coffee with me and just sat down, there used to be a pitch and putt golf course here, you can still see the indent on the landscape, but they closed the business a few years back, guess they were not making enough money to be viable. Since switching from Trust wallet to to Electron Cash wallet for BCH I have found the transaction fees cheaper and more reliable, not sure if it's due to the way Electron Cash handles the transaction, but it works for me! Bought my Coinbase stock at $335 today, see where it goes from here, I figure they will still make a profit in a downturn as they make money from the transaction fees not the price of the crypto assets. Actually liquitated BTC and ETH to buy the Coinbase stock as a hedge against a downturn. Been watching a few clips about BTC and BCH. A better name for BTC might be 'Segwit Coin' BTC has changed from it's original idea as well. BCH decided it was better to increase the block size instead to enable faster, cheaper transactions. I have some MNE (Mineruim) coin which appeared in my ETH wallet about a year ago I think. It is a really odd coin, you cannot send it but apparently you could set the address for sale, which I did, for a small ETH gas fee at the time. Anyway long story short no one has brought the address. It's value has gone up, but the coin is designed so you can't send it? You have to upgrade the address and pay ETH gas fees etc. It's a really odd project, I don't understand it and think…

One of my neighbours is putting his garden waste in my 'general waste' bin! I put the bin out Monday Afternoon and they collect on Tuesday morning, he dumped it in there yesterday evening. Garden waste we have to pay to be taken away. Really cheeky as it is in our bin and it is the wrong waste, so if the bin men see it they will assume I put it in there as it's my bin! As BCH is meant for spending I decided to create a new 'Spending Wallet' in my Electron Cash app, you can create as many wallets as you like in the same app, for example, savings, spending, holiday etc. Since the transaction fees are low with BCH I transfered some from the wallet I use for Noise cash to my 'Spending Wallet' and am looking out for the chance to treat myself to something nice. 😊

The new update from noise cash is a great idea, I was using a 'Coinbase' address to send all the microtransactions to, but receiving an e-mail for every microtransaction was too much. The update will mean if you decide to use a 'Coinbase' address you will receive fewer e-mails, if you set the minimum withdrawal amount to say $0.50.
