One of my neighbours is putting his garden waste in my 'general waste' bin! I put the bin out Monday Afternoon and they collect on Tuesday morning, he dumped it in there yesterday evening. Garden waste we have to pay to be taken away. Really cheeky as it is in our bin and it is the wrong waste, so if the bin men see it they will assume I put it in there as it's my bin! I am sure he has a bin of his own! I only spotted it as popped out to put a little bit more rubbish in the bin this morning before the collection. I took out the garden waste and put back in his garden for him to sort out.
