Grandfather advice

Before the man died, he gave his grandson three pieces of advice

1. Never speak your mind to the wife of the house !!

2. I will never plant a big tree in front of the house !!

3. I will never be friends with the police !!

After the death of the grandfather, the only thought in the grandson's head all the time. Why did grandfather forbid these works? The grandson was stubborn for a while, he thought he would do what his grandfather forbade him to do, and see what happens!
