INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces eggs
1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
1 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PROCEDURE:
In a sauce pan, combine sugar and water then heat until it caramelized with a nice golden amber color. Divide among 3 small llaneras and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Strain the mixture to lessen air bubbles for a smoother leche flan.
Divide mixture among the llaneras then cover it with foil/cellophane.
Steam on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until almost firm.
Chill overnight or at-least 4 hours to set.
