These are the amazing things I learned from Bro. Eli Soriano's teaching on the above-mentioned topic in addition to my own personal research as well.

While growing up, I had this question in my mind too especially after losing our only sister back then as far back as 1998. She was kindhearted, loving, devout, smart, cute and adorable. I couldn't help but wonder why good people die too and the ones who perpetuate obvious evils are left to roam the face of the earth.

God is a master strategist. He knows things we don't know and might never know. As heaven is far higher than the earth, so are His ways far higher than us, as the Bible correctly pointed out. He knew us even before He made us. He predestined us and carved out a purpose for us in mind. He knows the length of our years and what is to come next. He will always do what's best for us and if taking someone away ahead of evil days it is, He will do it. If it is to take someone away to give understanding or set another person straight, He will.

Isaiah 57:1 (NIV)

The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart; the devout are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil.

Evil is common in this world and sin coming into this world through Adam made this happen. Sometimes we cannot avoid this evil and often times we cannot even deny it because it is obvious for all to see. Everyone has their fair share sometimes. It's shocking to see others think of evil to another person for whatever reason they have. Some don't even think it, they act it. The world isn't as bad as this before now.

2 Timothy 3:1 (NIV)

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.

These days, you cannot predict the evils. They go to schools to hold children at gun points. They go to schools and kidnap children and demand ransom.

God is the owner of our lives and no one does without Him knowing about it. If He allowed it, it is because He can use it for His glory. There is nothing like an untimely death. To humans, we want to see the person live longer but to God, He took the life or allowed it to happen for a reason best known to Him. We, humans, judge things based on what we think or based on how we see things.

Like 18:19 (NIV)

“Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone.

Evil exists in the world and God takes the righteous away to avoid the evil days to come which only Him knows about because God knows all things and He knows those who are good. He gives an opportunity for everyone to come to repentance and for the righteous, if He allows it, then He can use it to achieve a greater purpose and also advert the evil days ahead for the righteous.
