Baptism in the Jordan river may look like Luxury of faith because people like adventure, they go to Paris, all over the world if they have money, not only river Jordan so it is not neccesary to be Baptized in the river Jordan, you can be baptized in your local river, the question is who would administered to you because you must not be administered by anybody
Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

The one who have the right to baptise is the one who has capacity to teach all commandment of Christ. The very person who Lord Jesus Christ give the right to Baptism is to teach them all things that I've commanded you, so the right person who you must submit yourself for Baptism is the one who submit themselves to Lord Jesus Christ
If you are going to be baptized by ministers who are ignorance of the Bible, who cannot even teach you the Doctrine of Christ, you are risking your salvation, recieve baptism from the one can teach you about the Lord Jesus Christ
