Architects Practice Aims To Enhance Agile Working With Office Relocation
Only very recently, the headquarters of DLA Architecture were relocated to their new locations within the central business district of Leeds.
It will move from St. Paul's Street to 6 East Parade, where it has signed a lease for the entire second floor for the next ten years. This move is part of the company's expansion plans. This floor features a total area of 8,000 square feet and can accommodate a variety of office functions thanks to its size. This move is scheduled to take place sometime in the next few weeks.
Because of this move, the practise will be able to benefit from increased team collaboration as well as more agile working practises. The practise currently has three studios located in London, Manchester, and Leeds, which together employ a total of 91 people. London, Manchester, and Leeds are the three cities that are home to the studios.
DLA Architecture employee Andrew Hargreaves made the announcement that the company would be moving to "a fantastic new purpose-designed space within a prime office relocation in the heart of Leeds city centre." The new location is described as being "in the heart of Leeds city centre."
"It provides better prominence for us as one of Leeds's most prolific architectural practises and is close to some of our most notable city centre projects," said the architect. The office space that is located at 6 East Parade underwent a renovation that was seven floors long, the cost of which was £3.5 million, and as a result of the office relocation services, the office space was upgraded to Grade A status.
