Have you ever made a refreshment drink made from fruits and ingredients that most people enjoy very often and can be found in every household?

Today we are going to describe a very simple recipe for making a refreshing drink that has many other healing effects. The beneficial effects of the vitamin C, which is obtained from lemon, are widely known. At this point, we will add other ingredients that will further enrich our beverage.

RECIPE:

  • 0,5l glass of warm or lukewarm water,

  • 1 teaspoon of home-made forest honey,

  • 1 lemon,

  • 1 orange,

  • 2 pinches of ground cinnamon,

  • sliced pieces of ginger root.

 

Mix everything with a spoon in a glass and wait for a few moments to mix it all together. We can then drink the beverage.

Here are some beneficial effects:

  • antiseptic effect,

  • refreshment and hydration (especially after cardio training or exercise in the summer),

  • better digestive tract and relief of abdominal problems,

  • strengthening the immune system,

  • detoxification of the body.

If you are fed up of beverages that you can already buy at the store, you can afford an alternative and make the beverage yourself. For this purpose, you can use organically grown ingredients and prepare the beverage without the addition of sugars.

Taking care of our health and well-being is even more important nowadays than it used to be when people lived a simpler and more natural lifestyle.
