Spicy Chili Chicken
Ingredients:
- Cut the chicken meat into small pieces without 1 kg bones
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
- 4 teaspoons red chilli powder (beech discarded and salted)
- 1/4 cup apple juice (you can blend apples and squeeze the juice)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (brown sugar is better)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Half a cup of water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
Method:
- Heat oil in a large pan. Add chicken pieces to it. When the chicken pieces are lightly fried and browned, remove from the oven and set aside.
- Put a little more oil in the same pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat.
- When the spice boils, stir it well with the fried chicken pieces.
- Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. When the spice is smeared on the chicken, take it down. By the way, it easily became Chinese ‘Spicy Chili Chicken’. Now serve hot.
