Kung Pao Chicken

Materials:

1. Chicken meat = 200 grams,

2. Peas = 200 grams,

3. Red capsicum = half,

4. Yellow capsicum = half,

5. Ginger = 1 tablespoon,

. Dried pepper = 1 tbsp

. Sweet pickled-garlic sauce = 2 tbsp,

. Soy sauce = 1 tbsp,

9. Corn flower = 1 tablespoon,

10. Sesame oil = 2 tablespoons,

11. Salt = Quantitatively

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Difficulty class: Primary

How to prepare:

First, cut the chicken into 5 mm pieces. Put soy sauce, sweet pickle-garlic sauce and corn flour in the beef pieces and keep for 10 minutes.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut red and yellow capsicum into 5 mm pieces.

Now heat oil and first fry dried chillies and ginger. After a while pour the beef and fry for 2 minutes. Then add peas and capsicum pieces and fry again. Stir for a while with salt at the end. Finally add sesame oil. Bus, became fun kung pao chicken.
