★★Khasir Moghlai Biryani ★★

Easy biriany recipe

Khasir Moghlai Biryani. Today's recipe is for those who do not dare to cook new Khasir Moghlai Biryani like me. Today this Biryani is more fun than all other Biryani.

★★★Materials:

* Khasir meat - 1 kg

* Basmati rice - 4 cups

* Adabata - 2 tablespoons

* Garlic - 2 tablespoons

* Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

* Nutmeg-Jayatri powder - 1/2 teaspoon

* Sour yogurt - 2 cups

* Onion Beresta - 2 cups

* Almond paste - 3 tablespoons

* Ghee and oil together - about 1 cup or quantity

* Cardamom - 6

* 5 cinnamon

* Black pepper-10

* Sadajira - 1 teaspoon

* Bay leaves - 3

* 1 cup of mint leaves

* Warm liquid milk - 1/2 cup

* Slightly saffron color

* Like the amount of salt

* Chili powder - 2 tablespoons

* Keora water - 2 tablespoons

* Mawa - 1/2 cup

* Green pepper - 16

* Lemon juice - 4 tablespoons

* Roasted cashew nuts - for serving.

★★★ Preparation:

*Khasi meat should be washed well and marinated in normal fridge for six hours with water, adabata, rasunbata, chilli powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg-jaytri powder, salt and 1 tablespoon of keora water. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

* Now in another pot, take the same amount of water in the rice of Polaway and put it in the oven. When it boils, cook whole rice with pre-soaked rice with whole cumin seeds, 10 mint leaves, half hot spices, 3 bay leaves, salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon keora water.

* Heat ghee and oil in a pan and marinate the meat with half the whole hot spices and 1 cup onion barista, cover it well with water and cook. At the end of cooking, cook with almonds, mint leaves and whole green chillies and take it down.

* Now take half of the cooked rice and pour the cooked meat over the other half of the rice. Mix saffron color in 1/2 cup light hot milk and spread it on the rice and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. At the end of the breath, lightly shake the biryani and spread it over the almonds and serve hot.

★★★ Note:

Keep an eye on the heat of the stove while cooking, if you cook on excessive heat, the biryani will burn and the taste will be lost.
