Homemade kabab

* Try a very simple recipe of Rui fish made at home, fish kebab recipe in wedding style, you will never forget this taste. This recipe beats the taste of meat.

Rui fish kabab

★★★What it takes to make a kebab:

1) Rui fish 8 pieces (500 gm)

2) 120 grams of boot dal

3) Potato medium 1 hour

4) 1 cup of onion barista

5) 1 tablespoon of kebab spices

6) Like the amount of salt

7) 2 tablespoons coriander leaves

8) 1 tablespoon of gingerbread paste

9) 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

10) 1 teaspoon of mint leaves

11) 1 teaspoon of chilli powder

12) Raw chilli finely chopped at 4 teaspoon

13) 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

14) 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

15) 1 teaspoon of sugar

16) 1 egg

16) As required for frying oil

Fish kabab

★★★ Preparation method :

* Boot stalks should be soaked for 6 hours.

* Then you have to boil the lentils and potatoes.

* Adarsun bata should be boiled with a little salt and soy sauce and a little water. The stalks of the boots should be finely chopped. You have to choose the fish after cutting the fish.

Coating kabab

* Now in a large bowl, without cutting, you have to mix the fish, the mashed potatoes and the pulses. Butter with all ingredients. Salt and salt should be checked.

* Mix the ingredients and make golla like bread crumbs. Put it in deep freezer for 15 minutes.

* After 15 minutes, take it out of the fridge and fry it in deep oil and put it on the tissue. It will absorb excess oil. Excess oil is bad for health.

Rice with kabab

* Serve with hot rice, polao or salad of choice.

Khichuri with kabab

★★★Note:

* Kebab can not be fried in high heat, then the taste will be lost.
