American camp is a colony which is situated in saidpur Nilphamari, Bangladesh. The colony was mainly known as bihari colony because most of the population of the colony was non banguli . When Bangladesh was formed and become independent from Pakistan , the non banguli muslim community which are come from Bihar [Indian zone] are not move anywhere and stay in Bangladesh . After a long term gong they get the chance of activity in vote and they got citizenship of Bangladesh . instead of the major an=mount of this community are illiterate . they are mainly day loubor /worker , riksha puller and ferri wala. But the good news is that at present there education rate become increase and they involve in Bangladesh economy development .
