Milk cream.

Ingredients:

* 1 cup of powdered milk.

* Half a kg of liquid milk.

* 1 egg.

* 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

* 1 teaspoon of flour.

* 2 pinches of cardamom powder.

* Half a teaspoon of rose water.

* 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Method: Put sugar, milk, 1 pinch of cardamom powder all together in a pot and put it in the oven on low heat. In another bowl, mix together powdered milk, baking powder, flour, cardamom powder and a pinch of rose water. Beat the eggs and add to this mixture.

Mix everything well but don't overcook. It must be mixed well.

At first the yeast will stick together with the hand. Leave it for five minutes and it will be fine. Now apply oil or ghee on your hands and make it sweet in the shape of your choice.

Put the sweets in boiled milk. When the sweets are swollen, reduce the heat of the oven and cover. After 10 minutes, lift the lid and see if the dessert is cooked well.

When done, you can take it down and serve it cold or hot.
