Egg Red Curry

Egg Red Curry Cooking Recipe -

Materials:

7-8 eggs,

2 tomatoes,

Capsicum 1,

1 cup of chopped onion,

Garlic 1 tablespoon,

Adabata 1 tablespoon,

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,

1 teaspoon of chilli powder,

1 teaspoon of coriander and cumin powder,

Cardamom and cloves in three,

1 bay leaf,

Half a teaspoon of pepper powder,

5 tablespoons of soybean oil,

Half a teaspoon of blackberries,

Salt to taste,

2-3 pieces of raw chilli,

2 cups of water

Method: -

Once the eggs are boiled, add a little chilli powder and salt and lightly fry in oil over low heat. Now make a few holes in each egg with the help of toothpick. - Grate tomato and capsicum. Put capsicum powder in a dry pan. Fry onion powder in a pan with 4 tablespoons oil. Add cardamom, cloves and bay leaves.

With the exception of blackberries, add the rest of the spices one by one. Stir a little with the tomato and capsicum pieces. - Now paste this mixture in a blender. - Heat the remaining oil in another pan and fry the blackberries. Add spice paste in it. Add 2 cups of water. When the broth boils, spread the eggs and sprinkle with salt. Leave it on the pan for 10 minutes. When the broth is smeared, take it down and serve hot.
