We really get to the point in our lives when we are confused as to whether we can do something or not. There are times when it’s really hard to choose, whether “Can I do it? Or I can’t do it!". But what exactly should we need to keep in mind? Maybe it’s time for us to change this kind of “I can’t” mindset. You can't always say "I can't", because if you stick to the words "I can't" you will lose more confidence in your own abilities.
It's time for you to get the word "I can't" out of your mind. You need to prove to everyone that you can, that there is nothing you cannot do for your own sake. Especially for the people that you love Don't hide your abilities, instead use it in a right way, in a more better ways. It's time for you to focus on yourself and get rid of the things that might able to affect you to reach your goals/dreams in life.

REGRETS
Fear: Fear can only stop you from keeping your dreams. Try to get the fear out of your mind, because as long as there is fear you will only lose hope of trying to do something. Don't be afraid to try something new, because as long as you don't try, you will never know what you are really capable of.
Doubts: Doubts can only kill your dreams too. Do not doubt your own ability, coz if you continue doubting your own ability, you have nothing to begin with for yourself. If you are starting to doubt your abilities always think of the opposite way. When your mind says "what if i can't make it?" contradict your mind right away, tell yourself "No!I can do it". When you do that I'm sure you can handle everything in your own way.
Lack of self confidence: Lack of self-confidence causes more fear and self-doubt. Learn to eliminate this kind of negative behavior. It won't give any help. It will only continue to affect you as you regain your self-confidence. To restore your confidence, you should start it by loving yourself. Once you love yourself, you will have the extra courage to trust in your own abilities. never lose hope, just continue to trust yourself. Because there is nothing good for you, if you continue to feel sorry for yourself
Self Pity: Self-pity can only make you worst. You can never think of anything right anymore. It will only make your mind hopeless. So you should never ever pity yourself. Don't feel sorry for yourself because you will only look more miserable if you let this happen to you. Take away all your insecurities and start believing yourself. Believe that you can make it and believe that you are more than what you think or what others may think of you.
REGRETS: Regrets is also kind of negative mindsets that we need to get rid of our minds. Don't let regrets ruin your positivity. Once you’ve started something, be confident that it will turn out well. Do not regret in any decisions that you make. Instead you should trust that decision. Because first of all you won’t make this decision if you don’t have confidence in your ability. Just maintain that confidence that you have in yourself. And it will definitely turn out well.

No one else can help you but yourself, because no matter what help others give you if you don't help yourself nothing will happen.
