Not bad of a visual interpretation, and it can work on single-node implementations. However, when the way the actual implementation had a negative response, you know that people won't mind doing the Voluntary model more.
Understand. ABC is the first mover. When there is incentive at stake, then developers will find ways to compete and take money away from ABC. When IBM was dominating, Apple and Microsoft found ways to take IBM market and they even created new markets. Same for Facebook, and now Tiktok. Will people complete for donations or for coinbase funding.... Interesting to see how it plays out....
Also, take note that Bitcoin Cash is made of multiple nodes, so essentially this is Silicon Valley kicking out the oldest company more or less.
The defi ecosystem as a whole is the Future, Each and every one of us are witnessing.
