I am sure we all have heard of the popular manga Chainsawman, you may have seen pictures or videos in Anime Groups and Youtube Videos. But who and what is the Chainsawman? Let's Start with the Plot.
PLOT
In the world of Chainsaw man, Devils are man-made characters born from human fears. Devils are usually dangerous and pose a great threat to Society and Mankind, their power is proportional to how strongly their correspondent fear is incited in the collective human consciousness. However, some humans form contracts with them to use their powers, these people are called Devil Hunters with the sole aim of hunting and employing Devils.
Devils originate from Hell existing in an endless life cycle between Earth and Hell: they are reborn on Earth when killed in Hell, and vice-versa.
A Devil may, in certain conditions, inhabit the body of a dead human, gaining some of their memories and personality; such a creature is called a Fiend. Devils who naturally have a human-like appearance are said to be benevolent towards humans.
DENJI
The story follows Denji, a young man trapped in poverty, working off his deceased father's debt to the yakuza by working as a devil hunter, aided by pochita, his demon pet/companion.
The first chapter shows Denji working as a devil hunter only to be betrayed by the Yakuza, who kills him for a contract with the Zombie Devil. Saddened by Denji's Death, Pochita makes a contract with the Dead Denji, merging with him and reviving him as a human-devil hybrid, under the condition that Denji lives a "Normal Life".
Denji massacres the Yakuza and is approached by a team of governmental devil hunters, the Public Safety Division, led by Makima, who persuade him to join their ranks. Agreeing, Denji is partnered with Power, the Blood Fiend, and Aki Hayakawa, a self-destructive Devil hunter. Makima promises Denji any favor, provided he kill the Gun Devil, the perpetrator of the greatest massacre in human history.
In his journey to kill the Gun Devil, Denji is faced with many troubles and opposition from devil groups and fellow devil-men.
Denji's group encounters another hybrid, the Katana Man, a vengeful yakuza seemingly allied with the Gun Devil, who kills a great portion of the Division with the aid of his handler, former civilian Devil hunter in contract with the Snake Devil, Akane Sawatari.
Denji and Power are trained by Kishibe, a master Devil-hunter who distrusts Makima; Aki makes a deal with the Future Devil, who foresees a "horrible death" for him. The Division launches a counter-attack against the Katana Man and Sawatari, ultimately capturing them both.
There are other major fights in the series but let's focus on one for now.
Witnessing the gruesome deaths of his friends and colleagues and being betrayed by the person he trusted the most, Feeling miserable Denji becomes a puppet and is ordered to protect and kill for Makima.
Controlling Denji's body, Pochita assumes his true form and dispatches it.
In this form, Denji is being controlled and becomes the Chain-saw Man.
Denji is weakened by fellow Devil-men and returns to his human body.
Invigorated by public support for him, Denji confronts Makima and defeats her; to bypass her immortality, he eats her body. Kishibe later reveals that Makima was annihilated, but the Control Devil resurfaced in the form of a little girl, now named Nayuta. He asks Denji to look after her, and Pochita reaffirms this mission in Denji's dreams. Part I ends with Denji now attending school.
In the previous Month, Mappa announced and released the first trailer of Chainsaw-man and fans were stunned by the amazing visuals and animation.
If you are a fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am sure you would love Chainsaw-man.
Attack on Titan Final Season might be popular and good, but for me, their animation is way behind Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man.

As expected, the character design of MAPPA is just awesome as we have seen in their past projects like Jujutsu Kaisen and Attack on titan.
So when it comes to animation, Chainsaw Man will definitely be not disappointing.
My Final Thoughts
Chainsaw-man has been a popular manga for a while now and I am sure that the Anime adaptation will be successful, not only because of the story or animation but because the community for chainsaw-man is truly supportive in every way possible.
I have read the full manga chapters and I can tell you to prepare yourself to be depressed and please don't have a favorite character because things might happen, if you want a favorite character, I suggest you go for Kobeni's Car (😂).
The long wait is finally over because the anime is already set on October. So let's all just be patient and wait for the official release.
