How Successful People Gain Power
We say that knowledge is power, in essence, it is true but when we look a little deeper then we discover details that tell us otherwise. Only the knowledge that is applied in practice has power, it is the essence that proves that the knowledge we have is real and functional. How to get the right knowledge, how to apply the right knowledge in the right way, these are questions whose answers give us the right solution. I train sales teams and introduce them to the essence of sales and the parts that we combine into a whole that works. I finish the training after one week and then I see a large number of people (90% of them) who do not apply the knowledge I taught them. I can conclude that people are stupid, that they have a big ego, that they do not want to learn, maybe all this is true but I would give a different diagnosis, the fact is that these people have built wrong thinking constructions and habits that need to change and thus make room for new knowledge that will show results in practice. The point is that we cannot force people to do what they do not want to do, such salespeople and sales teams cannot make a great result for themselves and the company. The essence is to choose people, to cooperate with people who are nice, who want to change and to raise their knowledge and power to a higher level of consciousness.
A great story should have a background in great achievements, we are successful when credibility speaks for us when our projects speak for us. We need to learn and apply knowledge as soon as possible, we should always think about proper work and practical execution, it is the path of mistakes and corrections that leads us to perfection.
