1 baking powder spoon
1/2 cup of sugar

For this recipe we use early corn flour of the brand PAN but it can be substituted by any early corn flour, the result will be the same.
Instructions:
Pour the egg, vanilla, vegetable oil and sugar into a bowl.
Beat until you get a creamy mixture.
In another bowl mix the early corn flour with the baking powder.
Gradually add the early cornflour and knead to a smooth dough.
Prepare the cookies by making small balls and then flattening them, or you can use cookie cutters.
Take to the oven for 10 minutes
What an easy cookie recipe, its ingredients are always in the kitchen and the best thing is that corn flour is used, all cookie recipes are made with wheat flour, I prepare them tomorrow.
