Master ali a.s and karuna

Nehj_ al balaghah is a book .the second largest book in islam who which come after the holy quran.this book also called master a.s book.fourteen hundred years ago today master a.s had said in this book about karuna. Master ali a.s had told about all symptoms that are found in karuna today .like headaches,colds and difficulty breathings etc.
