Drinking ginger tea. Acid reflux attacks. After a long time, I'm having this again. 😣 I noticed the slight pain after I had my lunch, but didn’t mind it because I thought it’s just a simple stomachache. Not until late afternoon as I was having my merienda, drinking coffee. I kept on burping and releasing gas. The slight pain became more intense. I had this thought, am I gonna die? 😆 (I know, it’s absurd. 😂 Just my initial reaction every time I can feel unbearable pain in my body. Hehehe) Since we run out of meds stocked, I then searched for home remedies and that’s where it leads me to this article 👉 https://facty.com/ailments/acid-reflux/10-home-remedies-for-acid-reflux/10/ (if you just want to check out) It says that ginger root can help. We didn’t have ginger root, but good thing there’s powdered ginger stocked somewhere. 😆 Mom made ginger tea for me and as of the moment, I can say it is effective. I can feel the pain easing. I already finished it while typing this 😆 so I guess I’ll be having another cup first thing tomorrow when I wake up. Sad thing is, acid reflux means no coffee for me for a couple of days. 😭 Haays now I don’t have the appetite to eat. But I need to, coz it might lead to another stomach pain if I don't. Just a friendly reminder, take everything in moderation. Hehe
