At the beginning of the program. Md. Rezaul Karim discusses various causes of back and back pain. Back and lower back pain is a very common problem now, he said. The number of patients with this problem is increasing day by day all over the world. It can be said that at some point in life every person has to suffer from back and waist pain. However, in some cases the problem is obvious. For example, most women suffer from back and lower back pain during pregnancy. In some cases this problem lasts longer. There are several reasons behind back and lower back pain during pregnancy. As the body weight increases during pregnancy, it becomes heavier. So the pressure on the muscles and joints increases.
Shortly before delivery, the ligaments of the sacroiliac joint of the waist are relaxed under the influence of relaxin hormone in preparation for normal delivery. Due to this the carrying capacity is reduced. The pain increases. As the uterus gets bigger, the center of gravity of the mother's body changes, putting extra pressure on the back. It is also a cause of back pain. Stress during motherhood also acts as a cause of back pain.
There is also a disease called osteoporosis, which can cause back and waist pain. In addition, those who are overweight, are also seen to suffer from this problem. In that case, weight loss and some light exercise can be very beneficial.
Then Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim said, โWe are becoming much more technology dependent in the Corona era. We spend our days with all kinds of devices and gadgets. Students in particular are taking continuous classes and many are doing office work on laptops or mobiles. For this, many people are suffering from new back and back pain. '
Dr. said that you should take regular breaks from sitting in front of devices and gadgets for too long. Md. Rezaul Karim. He added, "Many people in our country take various painkillers without consulting a doctor. It shouldn't be at all. Not only that. In many cases it is also dangerous. This is because painkillers have adverse effects on various complex and chronic diseases. For example, if a patient with hepatitis failure or hepatitis takes paracetamol without a doctor's advice, his liver may fail. Again, for those who have kidney complications, the effects can be even more devastating. Therefore, any kind of medicine should not be taken at any time without the advice of a doctor. '
