The Inter-Institutional Relations Information Network System or Sijari Hubal is an application that is a medium of communication, coordination and information between stakeholders both at the level of:

or Community organization,
NGOs,
especially those that have collaborated with Election Supervisory Body in the form of Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Regulations or Agreements Cooperation.
Sijari hubal is built with a system with high flexibility with features for inputting scanned files of:
memorandums of understanding,
technical work agreements (MoA),
declarations, joint regulations, or
other documents related
to the output of inter-institutional relations subsection activities as well as messaging services for
the public
or ministries,
institutions, and
community organizations
to make it easier for the public or staff to access and obtain documentation files.
