What is speaking?
Speaking is a process, in which we communicate to understand and clear the things to others. The word speaking is like as a communicate.
What is public speaking?
When we are talking in a team meeting or presenting ideas in front of audience and in public places from time to time is called Public speaking.
We are talking with our client, talking our neighbours, talking with our friends and talking in front of audience. Our main purpose is to give concepts and ideas, solving issues and problems to others.
How we communicate?
We communicate with many peoples in regularly basis on different topics such as, education presentation, Marketing, Salesman, treatment and online training etc.
But first we ready for speaking task and should practice on speaking work. A good speaker is already ready before starting presentations. If any speaker who didnt prepare well before presentation or meeting, they would not perform well. They feel Anxiety.
What is Anxiety?
Most of the peoples has less experience in public speaking in front of group of peoples, in front of audience. If they didnt prepare his topic then Anxiety is dominant of the speaker and they couldnt perform well.
They feel fear and he cant speak well, and it is difficult to understand his voice.
Symptoms

Shaking,
Sweating,
Butterflies in the stomach
Dry mouth
Rapid heartbeat
Squeaky voice
Shortness of breath

Public speaking anxiety is considered a social anxiety disorder.
The National Institute of Mental Health reports that public speaking anxiety, or glossophobia, affects about 73% of the population.
What is glossophobia?
Glossophobia is a dangerous diseases or chronic diseases. In medical term it is the fear of public speaking. People cant stay on stage or front of people during presentation and performing something.
Causes of glossophobia?
A phobia may upspring considering of a combination of genetic tendencies and other environmental, biological, and psychological factors. People who fear public speaking may have a real fear of stuff embarrassed or rejected.
Many people have a fear in the public speaking, fear being judged, embarrassed, or rejected. They have a less experience and they have no preparation for speaking.
Treatment of glossophobia
Glossophobia is treatable, and in general, exposure-based treatments and exercises are the most helpful.
In exposure therapy, an individual is taught coping skills and, over time, learns to handle the situation that is causing the fear. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is useful because it helps an individual to effectively manage her symptoms.
People with glossophobia also may benefit from anxiety management and relaxation techniques, and a combination of several treatments may be recommended.
In individuals with a social anxiety disorder accompanied by a fear of public speaking, medications may be helpful, especially when they are combined with psychotherapy,
How to we reduce our anxiety?
It is the most important part for good speaker (How we reduce our Anxiety), because if they control on this anxiety then they will perform better.
In above I wrote some important symptoms on which speaker couldnt perform better. Now we will discuss these symptoms in detailed:
Shaking
It is the most common symptoms of anxiety. When speaker come on stage or in front of audience then they fell shaking in his hands, in body and in voice. They cant control of his emotions and lose his speaking temper.
The best way is to reduce the shaking, first release your worries and you can also control your shakiness and body muscle.
Calm down before speaking and believe in yourself.
Sweating
It is also common symptoms of anxiety when speaker come on stage they feel nervousness and fell sweating own his hands.
The best ways is to stop the sweating, Use disposable underarm clothing shields to absorb sweat. Taking exercises regularly. Lose weight if youre over weight to reduce sweating.
Shortness of breath
In the short term, if you start to talk too quickly, or feel short of breath when speaking, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, then a normal breath, and continue.
Rapid Heartbeat
A person with glossophobia is unable to control their nerves and has an extremely strong fear of public speaking, sometimes to the point of a nervous breakdown. ... With this can come uncontrollable trembling, sweating, and a racing heartbeat.
