Work, crowded places, pollution, surrounded by numbers of people and many more. These are the things that can make us stress. It's not just the work alone but your environment as well. It's important to have a breather or to have a break. That feeling that your mind can rest once a while. Like escaping yourself from loads of worries. Forget the responsibilities sometimes and have that Freedom in your thoughts. We need that to perform well, not just to work but also in daily life.
If you don't have money to use because of struggling financially. There are many ways to consider, to have fun or to make yourself happy. All you need is a resourceful mind and a positive one. The world has a lot to offer that we didn't realise exists. If you're used to going to the beaches and feel tired because of the crowded surroundings. Why not start taking some steps to explore the mountains. Go for an adventure on your own or with friends. It's not just who thinks this way. They want to be in a place where they can breathe.
A remote place is better where no internet connection can hinder the fun. It depends on how you see it fit but if you would ask me. I would gladly recommend this place that I visited a week ago. It's a river not so far from our town. It's not passable by vehicles and only footsteps are allowed to pass through. I think it's perfect to be like this anyway. Taking some steps slowly and having a chitchat with your companions. If you're travelling alone don't mind. You can still walk slowly and enjoy its beautiful nature. You can also relax by having this kind of environment.
It's a long and wide river whose source came from the hills. It's wide that they placed a dike near the village. The purpose is to avoid the river to overflow in the village when the heavy rainfalls. There's a short bridge up above as well to let the vehicles pass. It's wide that a bridge is needed to connect the road. We visited the lower part of this river where it went to the sea. Also, we visited this place because we were searching for some snails to eat. It's not hard to walk through but when the river overflows. It's not passable if you don't want to get wet.
We spent there for just an hour. We were roaming around first before we started searching. There were wild grasses that grew bigger. Perhaps it's not popular with the people is the reason for it. No one can abuse the plants or grasses. I must say it's perfect to go to if you want to relax your mind. Just like the forest that has a lot of trees. The only difference that makes this place amazing is the river. It went through to the sea and the shore next to it is white sand. They said some people were swimming during the summer days.
Our walk started right after the national road. There's no cliff or inclined road. It's so easy to go through because of the flattened road. Although it's a bit far from where we started walking. Maybe 5 km we arrived at the road filled with water. What you can see are wild trees that have thorns in its body.
From that road filled with water, we stopped for I think 1km. That's the time we started picking snails in that area. It's easy to pick it up because the snails were everywhere. We brought the material to put the snails on it.
After picking snails we went outside those trees and grasses. They said there's a sandbar 100 steps away from the shore. Sad to say, it was high tide at that time. I didn't see any sandbar but only the mouth of the river where it's heading to the sea. As you can see it looks so deep or the water is very high. The shore was unreachable by the camera of my phone. I took a lot of steps but it's a bit far to roam the whole area. I had my friends at that time and I didn't want them to wait for me.
I just took photos of the river to the other side. It's nice to stay here because not too many people know about this place. The river is clean but I don't know if there will be no leeches. It's running water after all so maybe there is none.
The place was new and the feeling was new. It's nice to kill time by staying in a place like this. Enjoying the view of the river that flows. Loving the chillness of the wind that blows. Amazed by the charm of nature. It's nice to be a delightful feeling for sure to see the river meet the sea. They are opposite by still they joined together in one place. It feels rarely romantic for sure.
