Keep face, hands and feet clean
Rain-clouds-storms are passing and winter is coming. Changes in nature also affect our way of life. Many people feel lazy to think of going to the office after taking a bath in the morning or washing their face and hands for a while. After cleansing the skin, it becomes deficient in moisture. That too must be taken care of from now on. This is what Afrin Mausumi, an Ayurvedic esthetician at Herbs Ayurvedic Clinic, said. At this time, let's know some easy ways to clean the skin from him.
Add moisture
Instead of a facewash, you can wash your face with something that will cleanse the skin and retain moisture. 1 tablespoon of gram dal besan. With half a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of glycerin. Mix rose water or water as required and wash your face with this mixture. This mixture is good for all skin types. For extra dry skin you can use a mixture of 1 teaspoon of powdered milk, 1 teaspoon of glycerin and a few drops of olive oil.
Use sweetness on the skin
For oily skin, take half a teaspoon of honey. With half a teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of raw milk. Mix well and apply on the face with the help of cotton and wash off with water after 5 minutes.
Honey is also very useful for extra dry skin. You will need honey, olive oil and any pulses. Take 1 tablespoon of besan with half a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix rose water as required and wash your face with this mixture.
Moisture more easily
You can also add moisture to the facewash that you use to wash your face every time. You can wash your face with 1 teaspoon of facewash, half a teaspoon of glycerin and a few drops of olive oil.
