by the way, Protein is essential for boosting immunity and healthy body it also helps us to for building up muscle, so here are the good source of Protein;

6. Brocolli - When it comes to veggies this is my favorite it is a healthy vegetable that provides vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, and potassium its content composed of 3 grams protein and only 31 calories.
7. Milk - Aside from minerals and vitamins this is also a good source of protein. One cup of whole milk contains 8 grams of protein and 149 calories.
8.Peanut Butter - This one is also my favorite aside from easy to find at the market it contains 7 grams of protein
9.Oats - One of the healthiest grains with healthy fibers, magnesium, manganese, and several other nutrients. One cup of oats has 11 grams and 307 calories.
10. Shrimp - Like fish, it has high grams of protein it is also rich in omega 3 which is good for the heart, each serving contains 20grams of protein with low calories.
