Good evening everyone!

As part of my "before bedtime" routine I always do my tea called "Ginger Tea" or Salabat in Tagalog.

It is part of my evening routine to drink it especially at these tough times,
this is a huge help to boost your immunity.

One Cup of tea with its high levels of Vitamin C, magnesium, and other minerals, ginger root is extremely beneficial for health.
