I am also a coffee lover🖤 before, i drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day. I can drink more coffee than water haha but since I'm an acidic, the doctor told me to refrain from drinking coffee or at least lessen my consumption. Especially those 3 in 1, I can't drink those like i used to😥 so now, i can only consume my coffee once or every other day. I think coffee has a lot of benefits but we also have to take it in moderation.
