There's a lot of exercises for bodyweight but I list down 7 benefits of this.

- A lot of movement means building and make you strong quickly you can easily move to another workout since there are no machines involved. That means you can keep your heart rate up and further challenge your muscles.
2. They’ll Improve Your Cardiovascular Health
- Yeah! Pretty cool right? You're not just wasting your sweat it's also improving your cardio health. There's a lot of bodyweight exercise that makes your heart pumped and strengthening your muscles at the same time more pumping means your heart does working too and that is good for your cardiovascular health.

- Whatever is your fitness goal or level achieved bodyweight is always challenging you to do a lot of repetitions to challenge yourself or doing a twist like one hand-push up or a leg raised and plank.
4. You can do them anywhere
- The good thing about bodyweight exercises is you can do it anywhere, No Excuses!
you can do this at home or on your vacation in order to keep strong and well maintained, just spend a minutes and it doesn't require weights, machines or resistance bands.
