Exercise journal #4
Have I bored you yet with my exercise journals? Well, they won't last much longer. By my plan, I will have my last measurements next week, but I think I will maybe prolong it for another week. Only reason is because it is not hard for me to do exercise anymore, I just have been prioritizing other things, and after next week I will have more time to do it, and no reason to stop actually, since I won't reach my goal for sure. My mistake was thinking that I can do it without food restrictions, when in fact, those most problematic parts are caused by food. You can do abs exercises and have strong abs, but if you eat junk food, you will have fat which will cover your abs.
This is why last week I realized for best results, both is necessary, and while I was not so happy with my 3 days workout, I have to say that my eating habits are much better, and it's much easier to me now. As I didn't want to do anything drastic, my first idea was to have smaller portions (not small, just smaller than before). But it turned out that for me, it was easier to have lighter breakfast and dinner, and lunch remain the same. However, I do try to add more healthy food in my diet overall. Since it's summer, it is perfect because there are many seasonal fruits and vegetables, and it is easy for me to combine salads, plus I do love salads in general, so it's a win-win.
Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits, and I have to say I was so surprised that the first one out there are so good and sweet, usually they are better in the next month. I also enjoyed cherries and strawberries, and I had the first fresh raspberries this year. Besides that, I discovered baby spinach, which is a great replacement for green salad that I love. In conclusion, my food habits are much, much better, and I am already used to this, and have no intention to change it.
And onto the bad part. Measurements are same, only difference is 0.5 cm in legs, which I expected to be more, as they appear much better than that. I have to say that I don't really have problem with this, I am quite happy with overall look, and only thing that would be good to be better are muffins, damn muffins. This also makes no sense to me since now that I finally can do the exercise for them till the end, I see no change. This week I will try to do exercise for it daily, even if I do only this one, just to see will there be improvement.
