Penelope Garcia,29,is what you call a typical city girl. Landed working on a decent job, is an easy going person, has sense of humor, lots of friends. A single mom with a very cute little girl. Many think that Penelope is that what do they call "disgrasyada" or the unplanned pregnancy causing her to raise her child alone.
But people didn't know the relationship history of Penelope and why it come out that she's all alone fighting the battle of being a normal person and as single mother.
1- Jefferson
Penny and Jeff are a couple during elementary days, since having young minds they thought it was just puppy love but for Penny she thought Jeff is her first love. They've been a couple since Grade 5 until 2nd year of highschool. The reason they broke up? LDR. Jeff needs to transfer schools because his father got hired on the job in another city and his family need to move so that they can't cause more expenses. They send letters on the first few months till it became non existent after all. He never writes back and she stops expecting for a reply but she cried for a week because of that.
During a declamation contest where Penny is the representative of their class and the piece that she'll going to do is the love story of Romeo and Juliet. Right when one of the couple died that's when she burst into crying for unknown reason by the audience. Her classmates came up stage just to get her out in the spotlight. After that incident she lost her confidence being on stage and she cried the whole night. The next few days came by so fast that she gradually move on from Jeff. Although her heart can never forget him but she need to get a grip and move on and start a new life without him by her side anymore. Glad she had loyal and true friends who stayed with her through her tough and lowest point in life.

2- Josh
Penny, after that heartbreak, she promised to focused herself on her studies just to get away with the feelings. By the time the boys from other sections heard that Penny is single, they didn't stop pursuing her. One of them is Josh, Senior(2 years older than Penny), varsity player and has half of the girls in the entire school are having a crush on him. But his eyes only lands on Penny. He already had a crush on Penny since her freshmen years but he knew also that she's taken at that time that's why he's just contented looking and admiring her from afar. His colleagues always teased him that he can get a girl this instant do why prefer those taken. But his heart already was stolen by Penelope Garcia.
Josh thought that he can never get the chance at Penny but when he heard that Penny is single, he grab the last chance and opportunity to court her. But Penny's heart became rock and there's a tall wall protecting it from being shattered into pieces again, which he understands and just told that he will wait for her until she's ready.
Two years after and Penny graduated and Josh is still pursuing her. Penny saw that Josh is true to his word to wait for her when she's ready. She gives him her "YES" at the start of summer after graduation. Josh can't contain his happiness that for the first time in his life he shout out loud because Penny is now his girl and he promise he will never let go of her. They spend the rest of the summer doing memories together. Going to basketball plays together, Josh being the captain and the ACE and Penny being the number one fan and cheerleader for him. Doing mangrove, outreach programs. They do all romantic stuffs together.
College became the turning point on their relationship. They are on the same engineering department but their schedules not the same. And josh is on his Third year while Penny is on her First year. The complications start when Penny decides to do a part time job and schedule her studies on the evening time. But Josh did not approve because she will not have time for them if she will do that. But Penny need to sacrifice for her to finish her studies. There we're times when Penny can't see Josh for a month but Josh on his side got a sneak peeks on Penny during her part time job. Without Penny knowing Josh surprised her on their 3rd anniversary with a candle lit dinner on the track and field just at the back of the School because he know Penny will worry and she doesn't want to skip classes. That was their last celebration together.
By the time Josh graduated Penny is even more busier with acads and part time jobs, she now have 2 part time jobs and she diligently follow her time frame just to never miss her classes. Long forgotten her boyfriend who's waiting for her to have time. Strike by boredom and non existent of her girlfriend Josh got to do flings with his coworker.But it get out of his hand when the girl got pregnant. He thought to hide it from Penny but the girl didn't want to be kept hidden and show herself in front of Penny's university.
Penny, being exhausted by work and school, got out and wait for her father to pick her up. All Penny wants to do is to lie his overworked body and have a goodnight rest. She's also thinking on taking a leave at work to spend quality time with her boyfriend. She know she's been ditching him for quite a while now because of her schedule.
Lost in thought, a woman tap her on her shoulder asking for her name
"Penelope right?"ask the girl
"Yes?Do I know you?
"You don't know me right now but you'll know me in the future."
"And why is that?" Penny's start's to think the girl's weird.
"Because, I'm the one that's carrying Josh's baby.!"
Bewildered, Penny became speechless and the girl just walk casually out of her sight. And when her father came only then Penny shake back to reality. At home instead of resting she tried calling Josh's number but the man didn't pick up. Weeks of contacting and Josh is nowhere to be found. Penny lost her appetite and always collapsing even at work that her mom decided to make her stop. She file a leave of absent at school. That's when Josh showed up and told her the whole story. Dumbfounded, Penny had no more tears to cry and just say her final words to Josh.
"Go and take responsibility for the girl and the baby, I lost you to her, and I don't want the baby to grown up without having a complete family. Stay with her and don't make another mistake again." and then she turns her back at him. The next few days, Josh keep coming back asking for forgiveness, he kneel while crawling from our yard to our doorsteps just to see to it the he is sincere with his apology. Penny's family didn't know the real reason why they broke up that time and they all blamed her for breaking Josh heart. Penny became mute and did not talk to anybody since that day. She came back at her part time jobs and add another part time job just to fill up her time and schedule. Work-work-work-school-home that's her routine. Her father begs her to stop doing it to herself but the other member's of the family like Josh so much that they hate Penny for hurting him.Penny didn't mind.She's numb and cold as ice.
Months after, Josh stop going to Penny's house and begging her. Penny and Josh are living on the same compound just 6 blocks away. So when Josh pass by Penny's house that's when Penny's family knew the real reason why she had to let go of Josh. But the damage has been done and Penny became cold to them except her father. They can't blame Penny because they've been biased and until now they still long for her forgiveness. Penny graduated Magna Cum Laude with many awards. Her family is proud and happy for her especially her father but Penny didn't smile even for a bit. They didn't celebrate her graduation because after the ceremony Penny went to her work and take her shifting schedule. She work 24 hours that day.
What happened to Penny after? Did she meet another man? Whose the father of her child?
